UPDATE FAIL!!

Since the latest update the app will not open.
Contacted app support and they advised I check my wifi and re-boot my device. It took them two days to respond to tell me that crap. Spent money on this game and have run out of explanations for my six year old as to why he cant play his favourite game. Very disappointed!
