New download not working

Your new update to fix the bugs on the neon update is out working I cannot get on the game or download the new update I have been a loyal player Ive spent money on this game Im about to delete it from my phone. So please help fix this soon Im asking you please thank you for your time it is now September 28 and with all of your new updates and downloads if you win the weekly event and when your grand prize for me its been the sidewinder and one of the newer cars this week which when you win ,after this weekends new update I lost everything again I spent 300 diamonds to please certain items on the truck which I know I will lose which is not a problem or the gameplay want to lose an item that you won is just not right ,so my decision as of today is to remove the game from my phone and my childrens phone .
