After latest update on 08/22 the game will not open. Game has major issues since previous update. Hope its fixed soon. Just want to know if there is any news concerning a fix for the failed update. Its been a week now and kids are asking to play the game but it still doesnt work. Really hope it is fixed very soon, getting annoyed.

Since the latest update the app will not open. Contacted app support and they advised I check my wifi and re-boot my device. It took them two days to respond to tell me that crap. Spent money on this game and have run out of explanations for my six year old as to why he cant play his favourite game. Very disappointed!

After the update it works fine. There are a lot of new features. So far I like the additions, gaining experience for cars not on the map is a great idea.

Because this app needs to be fixed because it the crash and I can open this app and I lost all my cars.And I lost all my cars needs to be fixed

I think they are trying to phase this game out of existence, every update makes the game more glitchy. Heck, it doesnt even load anymore after this last update. Way to go gameloft, on to better things I guess...

I have the latest update, am at level 46, have over 12 000 000 points, have my town fully built with 11 free building real estate spots and only 2 ways to fill those 2 of the 11 spots with the new cars. If I want to purchase the diamonds to buy the two new cars and fill 2 of the available real estate spots it will cost me $120 real money. Seriously, this is a total RIPOFF !

Your new update to fix the bugs on the neon update is out working I cannot get on the game or download the new update I have been a loyal player Ive spent money on this game Im about to delete it from my phone. So please help fix this soon Im asking you please thank you for your time it is now September 28 and with all of your new updates and downloads if you win the weekly event and when your grand prize for me its been the sidewinder and one of the newer cars this week which when you win ,after this weekends new update I lost everything again I spent 300 diamonds to please certain items on the truck which I know I will lose which is not a problem or the gameplay want to lose an item that you won is just not right ,so my decision as of today is to remove the game from my phone and my childrens phone . Happy to see game works again after last update, only questioning the new characters cost. It would take literally hundreds of dollars (worth of gems) to unlock them? Why would you do this, seems outrageous!

Since updated all new areas I got disappear after they are built waist of time for my kids Just a piece of crap

Great game, totally worth getting. The only things I have to say is when you click race, can you make it so that the offer to get Max appears in the screen instead of the track you are actually playing and try to have more updates because the Christmas update stayed until early February.

I just dont like how you have to add friends for some of the bonuses. Otherwise, good game for the kids.
